For our commercial partners, staff training and an organized beverage program are paramount in your success behind the bar. We have been building, training, and executing successful bar programs for the last 12 years on behalf of specific brands. Now with the ability to broaden our scope we can create the right fit for any size partner from dive bar to hotel and anywhere in between. Hand crafted education programs will help your staff be motivated to sell, which then raises your profitability. Our instructor is a Certified Spirit Specialist and Master of Whisky, coupled with years of experience selling and marketing fine spirits he is sure to make a positive impact on your bottom line.
Michael started his hospitality journey as a 17-year-old American Culinary Federation Apprentice earning the rank of Executive Chef before turning 23. Here he found a passion for wine and spirits that matched his love of global cuisines. He gained a particular affinity for whiskies after learning of distillers in his blood line hailing from Scotland. Having toured over 45 distilleries in North America and abroad, he has continued to educate himself on the finer details of production, maturation, service, and flavors. He has been a Whisk(e)y professional for the past 18 years working with and learning from some of the industries greatest influencers. Being a Certified Spirits Specialist, a member of the United States Bartenders Guild, Sommeliers Guild, and the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America helps him to stay up to date on current trends in the ever-changing spirits industry.
