Central Boulevard-ier

Quickly becoming the coolest street in town hitting all the hoods…this drink matches its namesake. The Boulevardier is a riff on the classic Negroni substituting local Phoenix made Copper City Rye whiskey instead of gin. Balancing sweet and bitter is the key to making this drink phenomenal. 

Ingredients: 

Glassware:

Coupe or Rocks glass depending on your preference.

Directions:

Using a mixing glass, measure your ingredients and fill halfway with ice. Stir using a tall cocktail spoon until properly chilled and diluted about 15-20 stirs. Stir less if you are serving on the rocks as the drink will continue to dilute. Garnish with expressed orange peel spiked with cloves.
